When Arena Air Conditioning first approached Face For Business back in 2014, they were aware that they needed some support with answering their calls. They needed a really professional service to ensure that they didn’t lose any potential new opportunities to a nearby competitor.

They discussed their requirements with their lead PA who specialised in the Construction and Trades sector and were happy to complete a free 7-day trial. She then understood more about their business and how important fantastic customer service was to them and to their customers.

The results
Since the end of the trial, we have continued to work very closely with Arena. They have grown the company and now rely on us more than ever. Their regular customers are now on first name terms with some of our PAs and they can concentrate on installations and repairs, happy that their calls are in safe hands.
